Dear Folks at West Penn Naturist:
Linda and I had our first nude experience on November 3rd, 2007 with
the wonderful folks at WPN. We experienced the same anxiety or
nervousness that is expressed in the other first timer's letters, and
like the other first timers, that anxiety or nervousness was gone
within a few minutes of arriving. Everyone, especially Bill, was so
friendly and accepting. Within 5 minutes of being there, we were in
the middle of a pool volley ball game. We have talked about our visit
every day since being there. We laugh now because the entire week
before November 3rd, we kept asking each other if we were really going
to do this, or saying that we could not believe we were really going
to do this. Even in the parking lot (after taking a tour of the area
due to my not following the directions properly) I almost felt like I
was tingling. Using the word "relaxation" to describe the
evening is
understated.
Something we realized and talked about afterwards was that once a
person strips off their earthly coverings, all of the items that we
tend to use to judge each other are also stripped away. Nudity
equalizes everyone. While at the event, I could care less if I were
speaking with a neuro-surgeon, a bank president, or an unemployed
widget salesman. Linda and I regard ourselves as being
non-judgmental people anyways, but having no cloths, no jewelry; none
of the earthly items that tend to identify position or economic status
is extremely cool.
Thank you.
Linda and Bruce.
